Tongue
It's sugaring season in New England.  I'll be posting some photos of my process on the wild foods section but I wanted to know how many of you do your own maple syrup, etc?

If you have tips and recipes please add them!

Please look for my picture post.

We don't have maple trees here but we do have other sap producing trees. I've long thought about tapping those and seeing what I could get - even cedar trees for making resin for incense. But alas, never has made it to the top of my list!

Sap ran a little today.  I can promise I will make a good thread about the process.
