Thank you for posting the how to create a Bitter Orange Salsa.
The Seville Orange, is a variety of Citrus, known in Latin as the Aurantium Citrus. They are seasonal, and Globose reddish yellow bitter sour oranges used in traditional Spanish Maramalade making and yes, in Latin American dishes of course as well ...
They possess bitter sour tasting notes, and yes, they are from Seville ... Probably originally from China and near to the southeastern Part of Asia ...
