I am an avid cookbook collector, and love to read in a variety of foreign languages  to maintain level and improve vocabulary. Here are two selections I have found quite spell binding:

1) MOURAD - NEW MOROCCAN

Written by:  Mourad Lahlou

This beautiful designed book is written by Chef Mourad Lahlou in San Francisco, California and is cleverly written. He calls Spice a Verb, and there is a unique chapter on the subject. The author covers traditional Moroccan cuisine that he prepares in San Francisco.

2) BOCCA COOKBOOK

Written by:  Jacob Kennedy

This London based Chef and restaurateur of popular Bocca di Lupo focuses on the geometry of pasta with engaging recipes on the classics.

A look before purchase is certainly worthy of your pass time.

Kind regards.
Marge.
