* A Winery in Oregon.* Bartender.
* La Rioja:  Wine Press 1870s  - Marqués de Murrieta - Logroño.

David Lynch´s latest  recommendations for Christmas 2012:
*** The Wine Insider - Bon Appétit Magazine ***

1) In California: Red Wines from La Sierra Foothills

2) In Spain:  Red Wines from Jumilla, Murcia or Monsant, Barcelona, Catolonia

3) In France:  Bergerac or Gaillac in the southwest

4) In Portugal: Madeira, made from the Bual grape and serve it chilled as an aperitif with wild mushrooms or cheese or for dessert.

5) Crémant which denotes, being made with the Champagne Method, however for a third of the price.
The grapes are the same varieties used in Champagne, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

6) Beaujolais from Gamay;  Mencia Grape wines from León, Castilla León, Spain and Sangiovese from Siena, Tuscany are the reds to look for now.

Does anyone have some suggestions, or food pairing tips, they would like to share ?

Best regards.
Marge.
