I got this recipe from DDD and i gave it a try . Man O Man this is yummy and sweet .but you need strong teeth it is very sticky 1. Cut the flesh of a cocoanut in to small pieces . 2. Cut a big pineapple in to small pieces . 3. Shave few slices of ginger . 4. Put in large pan add 2 cups of water and 2 cups of brown sugar. 5. Bring to boil and let it simmer till caramelis and thicken. 6. With a big spoon put a spoon size on a lightly oiled baking paper and let it get cold. 7. Take one piece close your eyes give it a bite now you in the carbines. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() enjoy
