Mother´s Day - 1 Weekend Away

GOOD EVENING FOTW MEMBERS,

Has anyone given any thought to Mother´s Day yet ?  

Any plans for a special occasion lunch ? Small Token Gift ? 

US:  

Since it is also a busy weekend, with Cinco de Mayo, I don´t believe there will be a special lunch; however, surely a special dessert with fresh strawberries, my favorite ... I always leave that detail to the Vet ( Phil ).  

It is International Book Fair Month, and he knows how much I love culinary texts, cookbooks and gastronomic travel, so I am sure he shall select, as he always does, one from the Posted List of fondness.

He always includes a surprise or two ... I like scarves and horses ... So, it is usually a combination of the two, or one or the other. 

That is about it here ...

	Since my mother is thousands of miles away, we will be celebrating with my wife's Mom...probably take her out to breakfast before she goes to church, or lunch after.
	Go ahead...play with your food!

	Tas, The Vet had been very fascinated by preparing his own salmon ... And had watched an excellent 3 part video series ... bought a whole salmon, and well, it came out amazing ... Facebook Chef Francisco Amor Vara Hosteleros The 3 videos are in Spanish, however, it is totally comprehensible. Spectacular results. Tas: I cannot upload the photos to Photo Bucket ...
