Looks truly wonderful ... some oven baked bread for dipping ... Makes a fabulous brunch too or even a lovely lunch ...

I just cannot eat 5am - 6am too much.

In Andalusia, this dish is called LAS HUEVAS FLAMENCAS ... It is an ancient dish prepared in earthenware verses stove top; however, it looks exactly like your delicious dish ...
