Well I finally jumped out and bought a New MES 40" from Sam's Club.  Now I need to find someone to sell the HATED BRADLEY to.  I plan on getting the MES unpacked and seasoned today and hopefully get started on its Maiden Smoke either today or tomorrow.

I sure regret buying the underpowered Bradley instead of the MES at the time but if I had I wouldn't have the New 1200 watt model so I guess it all works out in the end.

Will post some smokes once I get her going...

i'm a charcoal-smoker dude, BUT i have heard a great many GOOD things about the MES.
 
looking forward to seeing it in action and hearing how it performs!
