This is not a good thing for me to do. So, yesterday I decide to go to a cheese shop that I had not been to in about 4 yrs. It's only about 20km away from my house. I probably shouldn't have gone, but, hell, I'm a cheesehead!!!! I walked out with some Storemade smoked cheddar, Shropshire blue cheese, Migneron de Charlevoix, and Moliterno al Tartufo.

Please help me!

I can't help you!  I can only admit that I'm the same way.  I've felt before that I should stop myself, I didn't even come in here looking to buy cheese.  Finding a good cheese shop is a very special thing.  Good cheese is really one of the crafts that I'm not sure is appreciated enough!  Every aspect of fine cheese is a true artisanal delight.  The real beauty is that we don't have to buy large portions of the glorious cheese either.  We can purchase only a few dollars worth of some of the worlds best cheeses, sure beats paying ten bucks for a fast food hamburger!
Enjoy The Food!

Hello. My name is Darko and I'm a cheesaholic!

Nah, that won't work. If we had a 12-step program, instead of helping you resist we'd be asking, "where'd you find that one?"

Sincé I am maternally French, and paternally Italian; cheese has always been a staple in my home.

I am a true cheese enthusiast and when alone, I can down a kilo all by myself ...

Cheese and seasonal fruit has always been a very common dessert for us.

I normally eat cheese early in morning too.

There is no other food, including Lobster, that I rather have.

Cheese-a-holic 100%.

Ak1.

I am sure that you had a lovely evening with a your cheese platter and some great bread, wine and fruit and perhaps charcuterie.

Enjoy.
