Wanted to  fill up the smoker we just finished. So today we had a couple people over to my buddies house and tried doing just that. If I remember right 14 racks of ribs, one brisket, and moink balls to boot. No real finished plated pics but got a couple semi finished ones…Smoker hummed a long great with the stoker controlling it on this smoke…Very happy with the performance…..thx for lookin

moinks done

 

brisket out

 

point cut up, still need to cube it but snapped a pic

 

and a pic of some rib tips littly seasoned and tossed with sauce. Sorry this is all there is….

Looks excellent - and I love seeing a full pit!

I'll be doing just a hair under 25 pounds of pork shoulder roasts tomorrow, plus a 2-pound cheddar-cheese, sage and maple fatty ~ a tall order, but not nearly as full as yours ~
