Jaternica hash with eggs on toast is my current favourite, although there is something to be said for a short stack of pancakes, some sausage or bacon, and a couple of fried eggs with a cup of coffee while sitting next to a crackling fire on a sunny morning in the mountains.

Probably french toast...thick cut and soaked overnight in the egg and spice mixture. Served with thick cut home cured bacon, and topped with butter and maple syrup.

My favorite breakfast would be lunch.
I rarely eat breakfast, as I'm one of those who can't face food on an empty stomach. I need to have a couple cups of java, first, and be up and around for a few hours first. Add the fact I work graveyard shift to that, and breakfast, as such, just doesn't exist. |
