I got some thinly sliced top round and cut in half. Layed some trimmed asparagus on top along with a drizzle of sesame oil and soy. This was rolled up and sprinkled with sesame seeds and an Asian chile blend (that's what is in the fancy wood shaker).
![]() Cook on a hot grill till the asparagus just gets tender. ![]() Serve with rice (If you can find it after your move) and with some good Kim Chi.

Going to make it again tonight. May add some more spice inside (siracha) and some herbs. (fresh basil) Also I bought rice today after fishing. Now I am off to see if I can find the energy to make some strawberry preserves.

You had me as soon as you said "asparagus"..I absolutely love the stuff.
Do you, or have you ever used a jaccard on your rouns steak or london broil?
I did a london broil last night that I used the jaccard on first, then marinated it in some Yoshida's and it came out great.
Speaking of Yoshida's, I think RonP over at smf has surgery today...good thoughts and prayers couldn't hurt.

If you can find a deal on one, it's a good investment. I use mine at least two or three times a week. Got it as a gift, and it stayed in a drawer for about two years...once I finally used it I was hooked. LOL
This is the one I have
