I've been away for a while because of my business I started.
Well, I'm sick of devoting all of my energy, passion, and emotion to my 5 year old business and have decided some things are just beyond one man's control (this rotten economy, for example) and for my physical health and mental well-being I need a diversion. I haven't shot, fished, or hunted (my true passions in life along with cooking and my family) for 5 years but at least I still have time to cook and continue to do so because cooking is a daily necessity and not a luxury. Stay tuned for some tutorials. I have some good ones planned that will focus on Midwestern and Southern cooking as now at age 49 I have lived my life about equally in each region and am as much a Southerner as I am a Hoosier. Cheers! |
