An amazing gravy brings the Thanksgiving main course of choice, into perfect harmony, whether it be the traditional roast turkey, roast capon,  the roast Virginia ham,  the roast ducklings or goose, or pheasant etcetra.

Gravies can be made ahead and these suggestions hit all the right notes ...

1 /  Mushroom and Tarragon

2 /  Fresh Fennel Pan Gravy

3 /  Giblet Pan Gravy with OrĂ©gano

Recipes shall be posted Sunday ...
Volamos a Mediterraneo, un paraiso que conquista su gente u su cocina.
