At the request of my much better half.

I trimmed the fat from 2 x 6oz strip loins and then cut each into 3 thin horizontal slices. I pounded each between sheets of plastic to a uniform thickness.

Then starting at the wide end-1/3 wedge of Laughing Cow-2 asparagus spears cut in half after a 30 second steam.

Salt and Pepper and roll up.

I secure with 2 skewers which greatly facilitates flipping on the grill.
I dust with Black Pepper and drizzle with Rosemary Oil and allow to sit one hour before grilling.

I also took the opportunity to make some Feta/Mozza/ Parmesan/Asiago Stuffed Green Peppers-Herbs de Provence

The first flowers of spring next to my grill

Pretty darn good-looking stuff there, Murray - I like the idea!

Thanks for posting - it looks like a good weeknight meal in the making, and we'll give this a try!
