Howdy all, Mark here from the Texas Hill Country.
I've been around the stove-grill-smoker a few times, but just followed a link here I found from Ron. Just what I needed - another foodie website to occupy my time! I plan to leanr a lot and hope I can contribute a little something along the way. |

As a Texan born in San Antonio, welcome to the site. I'm currently residing in Northern Montana, so I'm learning about the food up here. They don't know how to do sweet tea right up here either. So, I'm gonna have to school them...
