Ok, maybe this is a problem that can be solved or maybe it isn't. I just wrote a massive post about an NZ vs Belgium beer tasting and a talk with a craft brewer, and in spell checking I accidentally clicked the gmail button, which is right next to spellcheck, and when I got back, the post has been eaten. Buggered if I'll write it again. Every other forum I frequent would still have my post there when I navigate back, but this one eats them.

Can the admins do something about this? I'm really sick of retyping posts, and to be honest I don't normally bother, I just get angry and close the tab. I know I could write it elsewhere and copy or whatever, but that's a bit too much like work.
kai time!

kiwi - i've run into the same problem and i feel your frustration. i will delve into the forum settings etc. and see if i can find a solution - i don't recall seeing anything off the top of my head, but will follow up on this.

for now, the only solution i can think of is the one you mentioned - for long posts, type it up on word or notepad, then cut/paste.
