We made this again last week for our Friday supper. I used essentially the same recipe as before, except that we only had half the shrimp, so I cut the remaining ingredients in half, as well.
as always, it was very good! We served them with a rather non-traditional side, cauliflower mash, and topped both the shrimp and the mash with the juices/drippings left over from cooking the shrimp. Delicious! |
