I'm making muffins (SWMBO likes them for lunch, just takes one out of the freezer each day) and I thought I'd share my three secrets for mindblowing chocolate muffins.
Secret one: add a little bit of chilli powder into the dries. that powder is extremely hot, but this isn't enough to make the muffins burn, rather they feel warming and the flavour is enhanced. Secret 2 (not as much of a secret) Substitute some natural greek style yogurt as part of the milk ingredient Secret 3: I add a splash of my homemade coffee liqueur. If I run out of that, a shot of espresso does the trick. Kiwi |

kiwi - as always your results speak for themselves. they look wonderful!
i've tried the chiles/chocolate combination before with pudding, will definitely have to try it in other chocolatey things as well your other two tips are right on the money as well ~ great job at keeping SWMBO happy!
