This is kinda different.  I made a giant ribwich large enough to feed six.  Yep, one rack can feed six.

Ingredients:
-1 rack smoked baby back ribs cooked long enough to be tender enough to pull the bones out.  Falling off the bone tender may not be ideal when eating ribs the traditional way but it works well here!
-BBQ sauce with a little honey added to make a glaze
-1 loaf Italian bread, buttered and toasted on both sides
-One mess of caramelized onions
-Green leaf lettuce
-Sliced tomahtoes
-Whatever traditional bbq sides you might want to include.  I went with baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw and ears of fresh corn.

Nobody complained

Holy heck! that looks great. I would definitely not complain about a slice off of that monster. Well done.

Thanks.  This was a fun cook to surprise folks with because it was so unexpected.
