Gołąbki from Daves cook book

I decided to give Golabki a try from our friend Dave's cook book. Man this was great  I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something a little different. Or at least it's different for my family. Came out great and I am looking forward to the Italian beef sammies I am in the process of making from his cook book as well. Just pulled and wow these were great. I didn't get any pics of one cut open but what a nice simple hearty meal. They really knew what they were doing when they came up with this dish. Thanks Dave for a new experience !!!!

Jerod, that is fantastic! What nice, juicy, mouthwatering pictures you've posted...well done  Man oh man, those golubkis with bacon on top look so delicious. Great job feeding the familia with something new and glad you liked them. Lots of good interesting new foods to like here at the forum! By the way....give the Salisbury Steaks in Hoser's cookbook a try~ they will be instant favourites. They were in this hacienda!

Thanks all, John I was eye balling the salisbury steak. I think I will be giving that one a shot as well.
