grilled peaches with orange scented cream

   8 Tbls melted butter
2 Tbls dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
fresh grated nutmeg
4 unpeeled peaches halved and pitted

1/4 cup grand manier
2 cubs whipping cream

grille to medium high heat
whisk the butter sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl to blend.  add peach halves, and toss to coat well
place peaches cut side down on the grill.  grill until slightly charred (about 1 minute) turn peaches over
whip the cold cream & grand manier together to medium peaks, spoon some into each peach half and serve
