Hi, everyone - and thank you!
It's a busy day so far, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel: Enchiladas! According to Martin Luther, it's okay to "break the fast," once in a while; I figure that a favourite home-cooked meat and treasured time with family on a birthday is a good example of "once in a while...."
