Ron, Hoser, Historic Foodie,  Melissa,  Gracoman and All Members Interested,

My, it has been a very long time since we have been in contact.

We have a new member from Valencia !  Small world.

THE IDEA HAS COME TO ME, TO HAVE A "PAELLA EXCHANGE"  once again and it is surely the perfect season to do so ..

Hope that all of you are managing this grand challenge that has effected all of us worldwide.

Take care and all our best wishes from Spain,

Margaux Cintrano.

Thank you Margi...you're correct in that it has been quite some time since we have interacted . We are just trying to stay safe over here. My state, Rhode Island is faring much better than those around us, and we are trying very hard to keep it that way.

I have a new Napoleon grill on order, and when it arrives paella will certainly be in the offing as one of my first test cooks. I'm sure there will be a bit of a learning curve, but hopefully not a steep one given how long I've been doing this...will certainly post when the event occurs.

Stay safe and healthy

Good afternoon Dave,

Glad to hear that you and your family are well.

It has been extremely challenging times especially for the Usa.

Your new Napolean Grill sounds amazing !

It would be lovely to work on a Paella Exchange as soon as things are more at a normalcy.

We are ok here ..  The area of Northwestern Cataluna, LĂ©rida is not too good however, Madrid is doing much better and respecting the "mask" and "distancing laws" ..

Look forward to better times for all of us.  This is a most challenging period for all of us worldwide.

All my best wishes.

Today is the 10th of August.

How are you Hoser & Historic Foodie and Ron ?

All is a little better yet in some regions they are encountering a "re-run" of this horror ..

I did speak with Ron via Facebk.  approx. 2 weeks ago. He is on vacation ..

Look forward to hearing all is okay.

We're doing ok here Margi, covid-wise...both healthy and happy.
Had a bit of damage from the hurricane to get cleaned up, but nothing earth shattering.
Hope everyone else is healthy as well...stay safe folks...we'll get through this!

We're doing ok on a personal level. Everyone's healthy. Haven't been called back to work, yet. But if that's the worst of it, i can live with it.

Very frustrated with people, though, and their refusal to do the right thing.  As a result, overall numbers are horrible, and growing. I just can't relate to the idea that wearing a face mask is an infringement of my rights.
