Yes, folks, Hoser's cookbook is finally printed and available in stores near you! Even better, at Amazon! We gothe two copies we initially ordered (for gifts) today and were so impressed with the content, quality and images, that we are ordering 4 more.

You can see it and order it here:

Very nicely done, professional look and feel, and an all around outstanding job from Dave. I am looking forward to Volume 2 in the series (he has teased us about) 'cause it can only get better.

Thanks, Dave you have a fine book you have all the rights to be proud of!  Clap Clap Clap

Aw, shucks...you guys are going to make me blushEmbarrassed

Seriously...thank you.

I'd like to let all our members know that most of the recipes in the book are already posted here at the forum, so there is certainly no need for them to order a book unless they want it just for conveniences sake. Sooner or later all the recipes will be posted here, and folks can feel free to download and print them at their pleasure.
Go ahead...play with your food!

I'll vouch for Fireman Dave, that boy can cook!  The cookbook is surely a winner and I will definitely be ordering some copies for myself and to give as gifts.

Well done Dave!!!Clap

Thank you kindly Deb, and I mentioned Ron and John because they truly were an inspiration to getting the project done. Maybe when they retire and have the time they'll pen a book of their own.Wink

hey, debbie - i know you're going to love that book. as you thumb through it, it is easy to see that dave put a lot of himself into that book through his love for cooking and good times ~ it's a great one! we've tried a couple already and are looking forward to more...

dave - it's something i've been thinking about ever since you mentioned your project. i am thinking there might be a way for the forum to put one together, but we've got lots of time to figure out the logistics of that!
