This recipe comes pretty close to the flavor of the popular Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. Its easy to create and keeps well in the refrigerator, although its usually gone long before its "expiration date."
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired or in coffee. Store tightly in a covered container in the refrigerator (up to one month). Stir or shake before serving.

Fifteen or so YEARS ago (Shocked), when I worked for the Spearfish Canyon Lodge in the Black Hills of South Dakota, the bartender there taught me how to make the best Irish coffee. I'll have to whip up a batch of this, so that I can make some more Irish coffee this winter!

Nice recipe, thank you.

We used one similar to that.
In addition to the ingredients listed it had a cup or two of heavy cream, only yolks from the eggs, and instead of the extracts listed, it had a teaspoon of coconut extract. I would have a heavy hand with the chocolate syrup!
We'd make it up for the holidays in 4 or more bottles to give away when attending holiday parties. It's smooth.
