It's a good one, Mike - when you do try it, be sure to use the final recipe that I posted:

The others would probably be fine, but this one most conforms to my research...and it is also tried and true!

I hope you're able to do this one soon - I'm excited to see if anyone else likes it. It's a true American original, and it is pretty cool to bring back a recipe from 150 years or so ago.
