I've done similar cooks but on skewers.  They are wonderful.

Ahron and GM - both look great! As I recall, Ahron, you've posted the recipe here before, and it is truly easy. Depending on how the weekend goes, I may be able to try this then, or perhaps for Labor Day weekend ~
