Till the next dish this one is a must . As children with a non trained Palate every Combinations of food is a fair game . There was days we just got Together and everybody Brought some food from home . We used to take a loaf of bread remove the inside and fill it with cold meat , meat bolls or cheese . But the thing that brought all the flavours together was my friend Maswia salata . It is fried vegetables with hot chilli and spiced that are mixed together .it is like a ratatouille . we mixed it with the meat or the cheese and stuff it in the bread man this was good . this dish is from Libya or Tunisia .. Fried Eggplant and chillies fried peppers Fried tomato and garlic salt pepper . rough blend. Thanks for joining me on a voyage to my childhood food |

Another beautful creation, Ahron ~ Thank you very much for taking us on this journey!
I really enjoy fried zucchini, mushrooms and green tomatoes - this looks like a great way to expand on that - I love the way everything is combined at the end! Very much looking forward to the next childhood memory!

Looks great Ahron...I used to eat a lot of fried yellow squash as a child. It was very simply prepared...just sliced, a quick dredge in some seasoned flour, and then fried in copious amounts of butter.
I still make it whenever summer squash is in season.
