   Ron....I made the dipping sauce that G-man mentioned, and it was terrific:
Ingredients
3/4 cup	mayonnaise
1 Tbsp.	Mapuche Style Merkén Seasoning
1/4 tsp.	dehydrated minced garlic (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
2 oz.	roasted red bell peppers
2 Tbsp.	cream cheese
2 tsp.	lime juice
kosher salt & ground black pepper
Directions
Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold or at room temperature. Will keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
