Ron,

I haven't made it using whole wheat flour but I know that others have with good success.  It should be fine.

I would think if you're not sure you could just go with one cup of wheat flour, and two cups of AP or bread flour the first time, but I'm pretty sure it would turn out just fine.

That is exactly what many of the folks on the baking forums do when using whole wheat.  Thank you for adding that.

I made your bread yesterday, turned out great.Next time I'm going to replace some of the water with plain yougart and see if it will give it more of a sour dough taste.Thumbs Up

Please let us know how it turns out with the yogurt.  That is a fantastic suggestion, i wish I had thought of trying that, yogurt has great possibilities.

I will be making this bread again, to go with my x-mas ham. It was really good and easy to make.
