I would think if you're not sure you could just go with one cup of wheat flour, and two cups of AP or bread flour the first time, but I'm pretty sure it would turn out just fine. |

I made your bread yesterday, turned out great.Next time I'm going to replace some of the water with plain yougart and see if it will give it more of a sour dough taste.
