Hoser, Good Morning;
 
Just watched how to peel garlic in no time ...
 
Exemplary presentation of shaking in large stainless steel bowl ... the shaking loosens all the peel  ... and / or makes the peeling less tedious.
 
Certainly a bit humorous LOL 
 
SAVEUR MAGAZINE: I receive a subscription to the publication in print and the online magazine and they publish some very worthwhile Prep Kitchen Ideas and Advice.
