I didn't save the wrapper, so I don't know the brand (will try to find out), but it was a Montana company and it was REALLY good.

Evidently, this dusting of chocolate (and caramel) with sea salt is getting quite popular; it can be over-done, of course, but so far, I've been a big fan in general.

Has anyone tried this, perhaps from another company? Thoughts?

[On Edit] - I found the brand - it's from "Huckleberry People" of Missoula, Montana. Here's a label for their "plain" chocolate bar:

Good stuff!

I'm a big fan of salted caramel (though my doctor would advise otherwise, on both the sugar and salt front). The salt blocks the bitterness of many things, like in dark chocolate and caramel, and enhances the other flavors. It's why you'll sometimes see people adding salt to coffee, or even grapefruit.
