Serbian Pork And Bean Casserole This is a typical winter dish prepared in Serbia and many other parts of the former Yugoslavia. The recipe calls for boneless smoked pork butt (shoulder); however, my research indicates that smoked sausages, bacon or ham hocks are perfectly acceptable substitutes.
