pesto cheese curds

   don't know what part of the world this would come from so i'll put it here
1 bag cheese curds (either white or yellow)
1tsp basil
2 Tsp dried Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 oz sunflower seeds or pine nuts
cover with enough olive oil to wet everything
quick easy appetizer or treat served with you choice of beverage (usually alcoholic)
