I received this link from John (Gunhaus), and it looks to have some great information on it:
http://www.pickl-it.com/ They sell kits for fermenting all manners of foods, and look to have an excellent recipe, research and reference library, as well. One thing in particular is a brine calculator, which can be pretty handy if you are trying to be careful with salt. I intend to use this calculator often ~ Thanks,. John! |
