An easy wild edible is to collect some fresh, green pine needles, white pine is best but any pine will work. Get your tea pot going and once it boils pour the hot water over the pine needles. Let it steep, add a natural sweetener if desired such as honey or sweet leaf. Pine needles are very high in vitamin C. This is especially good in winter.
