This is an old Romanian poor man dish .  I adjusted it to our times and for smoking,
It is a simple dish but it takes time to do . it can be done with beef ,pork, or chicken .
If it is pork or beef you must use bones  and meat .
i used .....
Smoked a chicken with no skin.
Pulled the meat of and put aside.
Put the bones in a big pot with water, salt, pepper , cumin and cook it till reduced by ¾
I strain it through a filter or kitchen paper ,till it is clear broth .
2 Hard-Boil  eggs .
Organize all in a dish and pour the stock over it let it cool ,cover it and then move it to fridge Over night .

i serve it with mustard and horseradish .

don't heat it up unless you want a soup .

Bon appétit

Ahron

I love it, Ahron! Easy and delicious.

I've done something similar with pork, and would definitely love to try this ~

Thank you for sharing, my friend! Thumbs Up

That reminds me too much of something my folks used to make with leftover pig bits.
