"russian" tea?

i'm putting this here, rather than in russia, since i doubt very much that it is truly russian.
 
anyone have a good, reliable mix for this? as i recall, it contains instant tea, apple cider, cinnamon, and tang, but i am not sure if there is anything else, nor do i have any clue as to the proportions of the ingredients.
 
any help would be appreciated!

My mom and aunt make this all the time. I will try to get it up shortly..I've been moving and still moving some more that is taking up all my time right now.

Found it.

2 cups Tang
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup instant tea
1 pkg. presweetened lemonade mix (2 quart size)
1 t. cloves
2 t. cinnamon
dash salt

Mix and store in airtight container . Use about 2 heaping t. per cup of boiling water.

not sure where the name came from - might see if i can find out.
 
i first heard of it at a friend's house when i was a teenager (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth).

My mom made it when we were kids--always called it Spiced Tea. I've made it since and given jars of it to my sisters for Christmas--very nostalgic.
