Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces Blue cheese -- crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (Optional: For a Spicier Dip use Chipotle Mayonnaise)

Directions:
  • Place everything in food processor and process till smooth.
  • Chill. Serve with celery sticks and Buffalo Chicken Wings

my oldest son LOVES blue cheese - i'll be making this for him the next time he comes home for a visit!

Nothing better than Bleu Cheese, Paul....something that's a must-have for celery and buffalo wings! Nice looking recipe, never thought of using chipotle mayo. Gotta try that one.
