Help!!! Does anyone have a recipe for Cinnabon style buns? Honestly, I've tried making my own, buying various versions, but in the end I crave Cinnabon, nothing else does it for meCry

Funny you should ask.... I have a post about it on my blog.

As mentioned in the blog, there's two things you really need, and that is/are the right kind of cinnamon and xantham gum/guar gum to help hold the filling inside the rolls.

One thing that I'm not sure if I noted in the blog or not, is the frosting to me seems a little heavy on the lemon and butter taste. But other than that they're pretty damn close to cinnabon rolls.  In the last batch I did, I cut down on the butter and upped the cream cheese in the frosting and it was even better. I still need to find the right cinnamon and the gum though.
