DOES YOUR FARMER´s MARKET JUICE XXI CENTURY STYLE ?

One trick to eating healthy, is to create an arsenal of gadgets, instruments, electronic appliances and tools that shall assist you in preparing nutritionous foods ...
 
My Farmer´s Market prepares a few fresh fruit and vegetable juices, often called Batidos, and possessing Milk and Sugar ... However, I had found this lovely one in an old magazine. Here it is:
 
BEET, APPLE AND GINGER JUICE ...
 
2 pounds of magenta red violet beets trimmed & peeled & cut into 1" pieces ( 6 medium size )
1/2 pound carrots trimmed, peeled and diced into 1" chunks
1 Red apple of choice ( 8 oz. ) cored and diced into 1 inch dice
1 Granny Smith cored and sliced into 1" diced pieces
One 3 Inch piece of Ginger peeled and chopped into one inch dice
3 tblsps. fresh lemon or lime or orange juice
 
a) combine the 1st five ingredients through a juicer.
b) strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl.
c) stir in the citrus juice freshly squeezed.
d) Pour into tall glasses with a couple of cubes of ice.
 
CALORIES: 63
FAT CONTENT: ZERO
CARBS: 15 GRAMS
