In one of the previous posts, Melissa mentioned that Penzeys had some Florida Seasoned Pepper she liked to use.

They use:
Hand-mixed from: Tellicherry black pepper, lemon peel, orange peel, citric acid, garlic and onion.

I used air dried lemon, orange and lime peels, dehydrated garlic, and black and white pepper in my pepper mill. It's very nice!

We had it on steak on the grill and over the mushrooms and onions. I highly recommend it. ~Feather

Feather.

Sounds lovely with the lime and ur steak dinner sounds delicious too !

After think tank, thought about this seasoning, I believe it would be wonderful on fresh Shrimp with a slight Californian - Los Cabos take ! Just seasoned and grilled in skillet with a tblsp of Evoo and the seasoning.

Thanks for posting.

Margi.
