Every few month   I do a BBQ at work for my guys just to show my Appreciation

This December   we did a lamb spit braai .

We got a nice lamb. made a Sauce of soy Orange juice , Worcestershire sauce , oil and lemon

Injected in the lamb and left Enough for the basting  it for the first 6 hours.

As we are a body shop We bought a new spray gun   and we sprayed the lamb with the Sauce . It worked like a dream.

After 6 hours we add garlic and fresh rosemary to the sauce and we Brush the lamb with the new sauce  for the next 2 hours.

the lamb turned out to be tasty, moist and fell of the bone.

It was a hot day

not much left

Ohhhhh Nooooooo, don't give me more ideas!
That looks excellent! Nice innovation on the sauce application! Though you might want to see if the plastic in the reservoir is "food safe". Most plastics have a nasty carcinogenic chemical in them that is released by acidic solutions. I don't remember the name, but I can look it up if you wish.
Very nice work Ahron, very tasty I bet!
That is quite a nice roticery! Looks like this happens fairly often!

Ahron, that is a wonderful-looking braai ~ what I wouldn't give to be enjoying some of that! Clap

Beautiful colour from the roasting and the sauce, which sounds like a delicious combination that I will have to try; I don't get any access to lamb, but perhaps it will be good for pork, too?Pig

Congrats on some great pictures of a fantastic day - if only the world were a little smallwer, we could get together each week and enjoy these cook-outs together!
