Tried this on some steak today. Nice and simple and quite tasty.

2tsp chili powder

2tsp brown sugar

2tsp salt

1tsp ground black pepper

1tsp instant coffee powder.

Mix it up, rub it on some steak & grill away.

it looks like my rub i just add ground coriander seeds .
