Happy, Happy, Happy.  Went to the grocery store today to pick up a few things, and lo and behold they had Foie Gras. Happy me! Sad wallet!!! 30 bucks a kilo.

That is some good stuff.....you going to do anything special with it as far as preparation. or just dive in and wolf it down?

Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Maybe just fry this piece, and get more to do something different.
