My son brought home about 2 lbs of locally raised Goat that has been ground. I am hoping for some menu inspiration from the good folks here. Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated

Good ideas, Melissa. I especially like the idea of a meat pie---perhaps with a cornmeal crust? Ground goat can be used anywhere you'd use ground lamb or venison. So there are numerous possibilities. It is, comparatively, on the dry side, though, so the addition of fat often helps. ------------- But we hae meat and we can eat And sae the Lord be thanket |
