I had an opportunity for 1/8 of a delicious, local and relatively inexpensive (3.00$/pound) fresh beef to fall into my lap, so I am jumping on that.

In addition, since no one else wants them, I claimed the oxtail of this one, plus the other steer that is getting slaughtered.

Time for some good stuff, in the near future.
