I'll be placing an order for Russian and Ukrainian garden seeds from this site:

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/

The ones I will be ordering are:

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/beet-seeds/193-beetroot-slavianka.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/carrot-seeds/137-luk-batun-boyarin.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/cucumber-seeds/97-morkov-yaskrava.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/pepper-seeds/198-pepper-red-pearl-.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/pumpkin-seeds/101-svekla-krasnyj-shar.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/strawberry-seeds/92-zemlyanikaruyana.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/tomato-seeds/179-tomat-moskvich.html

http://russian-ukrainian-seeds.com/en/watermelon-seeds/58-arbuzastrakhanskij.html

This looks like a great way to get some seeds that might not otherwise be available; the Astrakhan Watermelon in particular has been recommended by a Russian friend as one of the best in the world. The order takes 30 to 45 days to process and deliver, but the prices and shipping seem quite reasonable.
