In Brazil, a very common Barbecue sauce is:

1 Tblsp of honey
1 Tblsp of Coffee or Espresso finely ground
2 Tblsps of Fresh Lemon Juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
8 small zucchini minced finely ( peel )
Salt to taste
Blk pepper to taste

Combine the honey, cafĂ©, garlic and lemon juice with a stand up mixer and then add the zucchini or courgette and mix with stand up mixer  into the honey mixture ..

It is commonly used on Kebabs of beef ..  Marinate the beef in this Brazilian BBQ sauce which is thick like a "pesto" and Barbecue it ..

Marinate for 25 to 30 minutes ..

Quite tasty ..

Margi - this is another one that looks to be excellent - I know from experience that the combination of beef and coffee is a magnificent one.

Thank you!
